Carly MacIsaac is a Toronto-based creator with an endless curiosity for human behaviour, visual storytelling, and emotional connection. Born and raised in the prairies, she grew up on stage as a theatre actress before pursuing a career in film. Last summer Carly had the pleasure of writing and producing the short film “P!GS” alongside Khadijah Roberts-Abdullah, a fantasy film about a cater waiter’s shift from hell. Illustrated by artist Izzy Treyvaud, Carly’s published poetry collection “one thousand matches” can now be found at Indigo/Chapters/Coles.
