Kathleen Calby, a recovering corporate communications
consultant, is emerging as a poet. She began publishing her work
in 2019; it appears in San Pedro River Review, Willows Wept Review,
Susurrus, and the 2021 Pinesong Awards Anthology. Selected for
a Gilbert-Chappell mentorship in 2021, she studied with poet
Jessica Jacobs (View with a Pelvis). A 2022 Rash Awards finalist,
Kathleen also enjoys playing singing bowls, a short hike and a long
cup of tea.
