Leslie M Brown

 

Leslie Brown was born in Detroit to a family that migrated from the South before World War I. Her parents worked in the factories. 
She moved to the Washington DC area many years ago. She has briefly sold wallpaper, worked as a researcher, but has spent many years as a Librarian in public and academic libraries.

Degrees: Master, Library Science MLS from Wayne State University Creative Writing, MFA from American University.

Leslie has roamed across several genres of creativity: short videos, short stories and creativity non-fiction. The topics vary from migration, work,  childhood, loneliness.
