Pam Davenport, who writes in the deserts and mountains of Arizona, earned an MFA at Pacific University in Oregon. Her chapbook, “A Midwest Girl Thanks Patti Smith” was chosen as the winner of the Slipstream Chapbook Competition and will be published in 2019. Pam has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize and was recipient of the Arizona Authors’ Association Annual Award for Poetry. Her poems have been published in Nimrod, Tinderbox, Poetry of the American Southwest, Chiron, New Verse News, Pittsburgh Poetry Review, and others.
