S. Baer Lederman hails from Rhode Island but considers himself a Mid- westerner at heart. He is currently an MFA candidate at Roosevelt University in downtown Chicago. Baer served as a staff editor for the Oyez Review and was awarded the journal’s annual Marketing Internship for his work on Issue 42. Baer’s fiction has appeared in Dapper Press and he was a finalist in the Providence Journal’s 2015 short story contest as well as Slippery Elm’s 2015 Prose Contest.
