Yiskah Rosenfeld received an MFA degree in poetry from Mills College and is a proud rabbinical school dropout. Poetry awards include the Anna Davidson Rosenberg Prize and the Reuben Rose Memorial Award. In 2019, she was runner up for the Jeff Marks Poetry Prize and the Julia Darling Poetry Prize; her work was nominated for a Pushcart. Poems have appeared in The Bitter Oleander, Lilith Magazine, December Magazine, The Seattle Review, Ocotillo Review, Glintmoon, and elsewhere. Yiskah balances solo parenting with teaching workshops in spirituality and creativity around the SF Bay Area on Zoom.
